AVIAN is hiring a UMCS System Modeler to provide support to the Unmanned Carrier Aviation Mission Control Station (UMCS) AIRWorks Team in Lexington Park, MD. The UMCS System Modeler's primary responsibilities will include assisting in the development and analysis of the Unmanned Carrier Aviation Mission Control Station (UMCS) SysML model..

• UMCS system integration/installation planning
• Review and update of models and descriptions of system installation documents, Interface Control Documents (ICD), and UMCS Integrated Architecture and Requirements Model (IARM).

• Liaison with AIRWorks and PMA-268 UMCS Tea
• Create, review, and update of UMCS ship/shore/test models and supporting documentation
• Support traceability of UMCS planning documents with SysML model
• Support review of system ICDs and information exchange components
• Support installation gap analysis
• Support engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals and other technical documentation
• Support development of UMCS modeling documents for systems engineering and cyber review.

Required

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with Cameo Systems Modeling tool and systems engineering process
• Ability to communicate and adapt well in dynamic team environments
• Good organizational skills
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
• Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
