Physical Therapist to Supervise PTAs Needed - Home Health

Location: Fort Colins/Northern, CO

Compensation: $65 - $90 per visit for supervising PTA(s) and independent caseload. Additional travel available based on geographic area of service. Hourly compensation available for assistant meetings, patient plan of treatments, and clinical supervisor compliance.

Full Time Physical Therapist Sign-On Bonus $5,000

Aveanna Healthcare is looking for experienced pediatric Physical Therapist's (PT's) to provide professional, goal-oriented home-based therapy services to pediatric clients and supervise PTAs. This position will allow you to mentor PTAs and provide a flexible treatment schedule.

Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications:

Meets the qualifications as established by APTA or other professional organization

Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the current state of practice

Valid, unexpired Drivers License

Experienced in pediatric rehabilitative services preferred
