Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Field Supervisor to oversee and manage our field operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in surveillance, report writing, conflict management, and training.

Duties:

- Supervise field staff and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

- Follow and cover shifts as needed

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance and provide guidance

- Follow security measures to maintain a safe environment

- Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed and contact appropriate authorities

- Train and mentor new employees on security protocols

- Coordinate with law, enforcement agencies when necessary

Requirements:

- Must live in Key West or within 20 miles of Key West

- Must Read, Write and Speak English clearly

- Must be willing and able to walk distances, stand for periods of time, work overnight, fill in

shifts as necessary, use computer and cell phone.

- Hold a Class D Security license issued by the State of Florida for at least 2 years

- Proficiency in conflict management techniques

- Ability to explain security procedures effectively

- Customer Service skills

- First aid certification and CPR training a plus

- Background in law enforcement is a plus
