About the Role: The Business System Analyst has an eye for detail and a can-do attitude. The ideal person has experience with project management of 2020 design, Insight data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency throughout the system. This person will need to be comfortable with open communication and training end-users on ERP data-related topics (such as data entry, data retrieval, and data reporting).
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Occasional Weekend Hours
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure data is accurate and flows smoothly throughout the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data processes, ensuring seamless data flow between the ERP system and other applications or databases.
• Create and uphold data rules and policies.
• CPI - evaluate and implement improved processes as well as automate tasks.
• Train and support end users on data-related tasks
• Address and fix any data issues that come up.
• Keep clear records of how data is managed.
• Partnering with the Operations Manager as required to substantiate any project escalations for quick and effective resolutions.
• Create and disseminate progress report to upper management.
• Investigate and resolve data-related issues, such as data inconsistencies, system errors, and performance bottlenecks, collaborating with technical teams as needed.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of project.

Required Skills

• SQL, Insight, 2020 design, Scrum Master,
• Solid PM IT experience.
• Ability to occasionally travel long distance, with some overnight stays.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines, this position requires a high level of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organization and time management
• Previous experience in cabinets (at least 3 years)
• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Display core values of Attitude, Integrity, and Reliability

Salary: $70,000.00 (DOE)
