We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Tech to join our team on a Full-Time basis. The role requires flexibility, including some weekends and holidays, to meet the facility's needs. As a Floor Tech, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our environment, contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Perform floor maintenance tasks, including stripping, waxing, and routine upkeep.
• Conduct light housekeeping duties as needed.
• Adhere to and follow a daily cleaning schedule.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure tasks are completed in a timely, effective, and organized manner.
• Uphold safety standards and contribute to a secure and hazard-free environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is required, with a preference for experience in a nursing home environment.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with residents, families, and staff members.
• Physical ability to move intermittently throughout the workday, including sitting, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 50 pounds.
