Your challenges: Electrical and Controls System Design Research, select, and apply sensors, communication technologies, or control devices for motion control, position sensing, pressure sensing, or electronic communication. Troubleshoot and resolve electromechanical issues. This includes work with common tools such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, etc. Performs hands-on work when needed. Software Engineering Develop architecture and software for embedded systems, HMIs, and peripherals. Understand, develop, and debug low-level software routines as well as system-wide software architectures. Mechanical Engineering Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems, and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles. Commissioning Perform system setup and commissioning of company products for deployment at customer sites or at company’s workshop. Your boarding pass: Seven or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree. Five or more years of experience with a Master’s Degree. Three or more years of experience with a PhD. Able to act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. Acts as a role model for junior engineers. Approachable for technical guidance and mentorship and supervises the activities of others. Working knowledge of the following platforms: Windows 7 desktop and Linux embedded products. Proficiency with machine shop tools: drill press, lathe, sanders and band saw.
