RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Entry Associate in Tampa, FL. This will be a day shift position, M-F with some weekend coverage during busy periods.
Overview:
As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for inputting information into various web-based systems by following specific set of instructions and validation criteria to ensure information is entered accurately or the request rejected because it did not meet the validation criteria. Requests will be managed through a ticketing system and as work is performed, ticket updates must occur to track progress and completion of work. At times, additional information may need to be gathered from the requester or other team members which will occur through various channels such as email, instant message, or phone.
REQUIREMENTS:
* A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and 6 months of experience in a similar role is required
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Familiar with instant message and remote communication programs (Hangout, SameTime, WebEx)
* Good attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
* Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
* Capable of working with little supervision and producing a high volume of work
* Familiarity with basic ticketing processes a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
