**Enterprise Delivery Practice Lead (Product-Centric Delivery)**

Dallas / AustinCSI / Enterprise Delivery Practice (Product-Centric Delivery) Lead Responsibilities: Research and understand existing and target clients industry current and emerging challenges. Guide firm to position, maintain and generate business expansion opportunities. Define Firm solutions, services and capabilities to address current and upcoming challenges faced by our current and target clients. Identify target stakeholders / buyers for Firm solutions and services addressing market challenges Build and manage pursuit plans for assigned target new clients/accounts Generate leads for assigned target clients / accounts through strategic relationships and networking at the executive levels Create messaging to support sales activities to secure new and existing clients Build and manage sales handbooks and placemats to support the Firms sales / business development activities Identify and evaluate partnerships to extend the Firms solutions and services Build and identify training collateral to provide knowledge growth opportunities for the Firm Identify external industry and market leaders to participate in Firm-wide sessions to promote understanding of challenges, trends and solutions Manage, maintain and grow communities of practices (COPs) that foster cross-account and multi-client collaboration and learnings Build solution playbooks and provide support to delivery teams as needed, to ensure quality delivery of Firm services and solutions Develop white-papers, solution briefs and other content to support the Firms marketing activities (website, social media, Linkedin, etc.) Identify and secure Firm consultants to participate in enterprise Advisory efforts Enterprise Delivery Practice (Product-Centric Delivery) Lead Requirements: 8-10 years of relevant management consulting experience (Big-4 experience preferred) Previous experience in executing business expansion strategies and sales support Knowledge of marketing strategies and branding Strategic and critical thinking capabilities across business/technology vision, solutions, strategy, roadmaps and portfolio delivery Exceptional ability to identify business opportunities and mitigate risks Advanced knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies and practices Advanced knowledge of Product-centric delivery (transformation from traditional project to product) Proficiency in data analytic practices Experience in traditional delivery management (program & project management; waterfall; hyprid) and implementing best industry practices. Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills Executive presence with experience interacting with C-level and Executive personnel
