Position Overview
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Kennesaw, GA is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Tonia Kiser - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance.
**IN-OFFICE TRAINING REQUIRED FOR THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, THEN HYBRID REMOTE FLEX THEREAFTER**
Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing and sales goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with a team to accomplish both individual and team goals

Requirements

• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Organizational skills
• Self-motivated
• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
• Property and Casualty license (MUST HAVE CURRENTLY)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain prior to start date)

**Pay range includes base plus potential uncapped commissions/bonus**
