Job Purpose
The purpose of the Financial Analyst is to analyze financial and operating data, prepare reports, and provide conclusions regarding operating metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and trends impacting the business. Collaborate with various departments to assess trends, forecast future revenues and expenditures, and support the development of actionable plans to achieve company goals.
Essential Job Functions

• Analyze data and create comprehensive reports that summarize business trends and insights.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Evaluate company performance against financial and operational KPIs and benchmarks, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, assess risks and opportunities, and recommend solutions.
• Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis to support business strategies and benchmark performance metrics.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Completes Departmental, AURO Hotels and Brand standards training as assigned.
• Maintains a clean and neat appearance at all times.
• Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
