Speech Language Pathologist needed for inpatient rehab setting in Fort Smith, AR
5 day a week, 8 hour day with rotating weekends Setting(s): Inpatient Rehab Facility
Minimum amount of experience for consideration: Has completed their fellowship, able to work independently.
EMR/Doc system: UDS and Pinpoint
# of other therapists on staff in this unit: 1 other SLP
Proposed weekly schedule: Monday – Friday with 1 Saturday or Sunday per month
Position: Speech-Lang Pathologist

Licenses/Certifications: NPI NUMBER, State License-Speech Therapist-Arkansas, CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support)
