Shift: Days (7a-3p), Evenings (3p-11p), Nights (7p-7a and 11p-7a)

We are currently seeking caring R.N.'s to join our team in providing skilled care in a home-like environment. This position is flexible. You can work PT for extra income, or FT. Chose the days you want to work or you can schedule yourself on a monthly basis for a consistent schedule. This is a great opportunity for work life balance.
About Us:
This facility is a beautiful establishment consisting of four homes, each housing 12 residents in private suites. We offer a laid-back environment where our focus is on providing personalized care and fostering meaningful connections with each resident.
Position Overview:

• Job Title: Registered Nurse (R.N.)
• Shift: Varied
• Schedule: Flexible PRN or consistent monthly schedule available
• Compensation: Up to $46 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Requirements:

• Current Colorado R.N. license. Compact ok.
• Current TB test
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
• COVID vaccination or exemption helpful, but not required
• Experience with PCC
• LTC experience a plus
• Must be a caring individual dedicated to providing exceptional care

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents during night shifts
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care
