```Duties```
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Assist with diaper changes and potty training
- Monitor children for any signs of illness or distress and notify parents/guardians as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
```Requirements```
- Previous experience working with children in a classroom, daycare, or babysitting setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to engage and educate children through play and structured activities
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and other staff members
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors with empathy
- CPR, First Aid certification, Idaho Stars Certification, TB Test, Fingerprints (or willingness to obtain)
