- Requires a Florida Property Casualty Insurance License (2-20 or 20-44 or 4-40)
- Requires min of 2 year of working inside an insurance agency. Prefer 3 to 5 years working in a Florida Agency.

Job Responsibilities:
- Recommend Coverages clients should consider
- Help customers understand their insurance
- Review existing policies at renewal and re-market customers to new companies as necessary
- Sell, service, and explain personal lines insurance policies including home, renters, auto, motorcycle, boat, umbrella, and jewelry insurance
- Establish working relationships with clients, potential clients, and companies we represent on the phone, email, and on paper
- Promptly respond to client needs either on the phone or electronically
- Cultivate new opportunities and offer additional lines of insurance through consultative selling
Professional and Personal Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and a calculator
- Type quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Patient, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive, articulate, kind, ethical and honest
