As we expand our team, we are seeking a versatile and motivated Customer Service Representative with a strong background in both sales and administration to join our team.

Position: Customer Service Representative (Sales & Administration)

Location: Clearwater FL

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Provide outstanding customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and promote customer loyalty.

Sales Support:

Identify and seize opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing customers.

Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Administrative Tasks:

Assist with order processing, billing, and invoicing to ensure accurate and timely transactions.

Maintain and update customer records in the database with attention to detail.

Prepare reports and assist in analyzing customer-related data to identify trends and opportunities.

Problem Resolution:

Handle customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive resolution for both the customer and the company.

Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer concerns.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service, sales, and administration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to change.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, sales, and administration
