As the Junior Marketing and Sales Associate, you will play an important role in shaping the future of this brand and ensuring our customers are well supported in using our products.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Marketing and Sales Associate to join our team as a part-time associate, with the potential to become full-time dependent on the growth needs of the business. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing with the ability to create and deliver high-quality content, including photography, videography, and social media content. They will be responsible for various inside sales tasks, such as setting up account payments, packing and shipping sales materials, ordering materials, and managing client logistics. Additionally, the candidate will conduct competitor market research and analysis, track client subscriptions, and provide comprehensive reports on market trends in the sports and medical industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing content for marketing materials, including photography, videography, and social media content.
2. Inside Sales Tasks: Manage account payments, pack and ship sales materials, order necessary materials, and coordinate client logistics.
3. New Client Success: Setting up new clients onboarding as a liaison to printer ordering, scanner construction, shipping logistics.
4. Subscription Tracking: Track client subscriptions and materials for upgrade dates, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with sales team.
5. Competitor Market Research: Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors in the sports and medical industries, identifying new players in the market and analyzing current competitors' strategies.
6. Total Market Analysis: Provide comprehensive reports on market trends and opportunities in the sports and medical industries, including insights into customer preferences, emerging trends, and potential growth areas.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or working towards a degree
• Proven experience in marketing, with a showcasing of content creation skills
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and social media content creation tools and platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and analysis
• Ability to learn CRM software and strong Microsoft Suite skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
