Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Effectively manage budget KPIs for development phases as set by the Director of Land Development.
• Catalog all change orders and verify work completed per specification.
• Work with municipal inspectors to ensure all conditions of compliance are satisfied.
• Ensure conditions of approval for original plat and replats are fulfilled as well as satisfying all developer agreement requirements to obtain building permits and certificates of occupancy.
• Project management of residential land development projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate site development projects and project financial oversite.

Qualifications, we are looking for candidates who bring a unique blend of skills and experience to this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Real Estate, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or Urban Planning is preferred.
• Three to five years of land development project management or construction management experience is required, preferably in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction, building codes, municipal codes, permitting and regulations
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail orientated with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint systems.
