Atrium Health Primary Care Cotswold Family Medicine is located in the Cotswold neighborhood of Charlotte, NC, and serves much of central Mecklenburg County, including the surrounding neighborhoods of Myers Park, SouthPark, and Eastover.

Position Highlights:

• 100% Outpatient
• Join current team of 2 Physicians & 2 APPs
• Multilingual Staff
• Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (4.5 Day Work Week!)
• No Nights/Weekends
• Minimal Shared Call (Phone Only)
• Available on-site: Chronic Care Management, PharmD and CCPGM Care Managers
• In-Office Labs

Ideal candidate: 

• Willing to See Patients of All Ages
• Prior Experience in Primary Care, Preferred
