Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a temporary Receptionist to join a nonprofit in Raleigh. As a receptionist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient and smooth operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, providing information, answering inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
• Accurately schedule appointments for patients
• Collect co-payments from patients
• Greet patients, verify insurance information, and guide them through the check-in process. Collect necessary forms, signatures, and any outstanding balances
• Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and other general office tasks, as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years' experience in health or human services field
• Experience with office management and appointment scheduling
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
