Atlas Property Management is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Vancouver, WA
Requirements:
- Check schedule for upcoming appointments.
- Check voicemails and return calls (same day preference, no later than 24 hours)
- Check emails and return emails (same day preference, no later than 24 hours)
- Report to Community Manager of any dumping, camping, and abandoned vehicles.
- Assist with reporting illegal dumping, camping, and abandoned vehicles.
- If an onsite technician, provide Community Manager daily notes.
- Assist with property inspections.
- Maintain constant communication with direct supervisor(s) and when applicable Atlas leadership, which may require regular phone calls, emails or in person meetings.
- Other daily, weekly, and monthly duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid Oregon Drivers License, vehicle insurance and a clean driving record (required)
- 1 Years Multifamily maintenance required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair and painting.
- Applicants must pass a criminal background check upon offer of employment.
