Founded in 2008 in Auburn, Alabama, Chicken Salad Chick has grown quickly throughout the Southeast. Approximately 75% of locations are franchised, with the remaining 25% being company-owned. The restaurant concept offers a unique neighborhood dining experience with a wide variety of fresh, house-made chicken salads, soups, sandwiches, and desserts.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager Operations at a Knoxville, TN area location. The General Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team members and ensuring excellent customer service, managing budgets and expenses, and ensuring that The Chick's culture is maintained to the highest degree.

Qualifications

• Experience in General Management, Operations Management, and Problem Solving
• Strong leadership and Team Management skills including conflict resolution
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Budgeting and financial management experience
• Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
