System4 of Palm Beach is a local leader in the commercial cleaning and facility services industry. We are expanding our team and are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.

The Account Manager’s role is to actively seek new sales opportunities, manage existing and new customer service accounts, and develop new business opportunities from current clients. There is a major focus on developing relationships and leveraging our industry expertise to acquire new customers and provide superior service to current customer base.

Commercial Cleaning / Facility Services management experience is a plus, BUT NOT REQUIRED, more importantly we are looking for team members who are great at promoting and managing general services, customer focused, and highly motivated to succeed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the Palm Beach area.
  • Self-generate new customer sales appointments through cold calling, networking, social media prospecting, and lead execution.
  • Conduct sales appointments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Maintains and updates company’s CRM applications on a regular basis.
  • Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes.

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager.
  • Bilingual a plus.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle for sales appointments
  • Ability to self-generate leads, which develop into quality sales opportunities.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive professional relationships.
  • Ability to listen to prospective customers and then create and deliver proposals tailored to their needs.
  • Positive, friendly, and engaging attitude.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Compensation

  • Target Salary of $40k base annually plus the ability to earn commissions on new sales.
  • Paid vacation.
  • Fuel allowance provided.
