ATI is currently seeking Pyrometry Leader to join our facility located in Cudahy, WI. A successful Pyrometry Leader is responsible for all thermocouple inventory for the plant as well as assisting in the maintenance of pyrometry records. This position will also act as a supervisor when applicable. Strong communication through reports and status updates are required for proper implementation of solutions.

**Essential Functions:**

Manage all thermocouple inventory for the plant including certifying incoming documentation.

Assist in managing the subcontracted calibration schedule of pyrometry measuring equipment.

Assist in the review and certification of equipment pyrometry requirements including but not limited to thermal uniformity surveys, system accuracy tests, and calibrations.

Assist in the scheduling of the personnel as part of the pyrometry department.

Cross-train to other heat treat supervisory functions.

Identify and implement new practices as areas of improvement to increase the efficiency of data analysis and report writing.

Assist Operators and Heating Specialists, when necessary, to troubleshoot issues and communicate the resolution in a way for all to understand. This includes documentation of the root cause, recommendations for solution, and instructions for future use.

**Basic Requirements**

Associates degree in a relevant field

1 years of experience working in a Manufacturing environment

**Essential Skills**

Strong written communications and presentations skills.

Strong attention to detail and documentation experience

Strong experience using Microsoft Excel
