Job Summary:
ATC Youngstown is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medsurg Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a member of our healthcare team, the RN will provide quality patient care and support to individuals with various medical needs. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers a competitive salary of $1900 per week , paid weekly.

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input on patient care plans
• Serve as a patient advocate and ensure patient’s needs are met at all times
• Stay current on medical advancements, best practices, and changes in healthcare policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN in a healthcare setting
• Strong clinical skills and ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of electronic medical records and basic computer skills
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and assisting with patient mobility
