Axiom Staffing is hiring for an Industrial Embroidery Machine Operator in Alpharetta, GA

Location : Alpharetta, GA

Shift : 1st shift 8 AM - 5 PM (Monday - Thursday)

Pay rate : $18-20

Contract to hire

MUST HAVE INDUSTRIAL EMBROIDERY MACHINE OPERATOR EXPERIENCE

• Operate and maintain embroidery machines to produce high-quality designs according to client specifications.
• Load and unload garments or materials onto embroidery hoops, ensuring proper placement and alignment.
• Select appropriate thread colors and adjust machine settings for optimal stitch quality and design accuracy.
• Monitor machine operation to detect and troubleshoot issues such as thread breaks, tension problems, or needle malfunctions.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, checking for defects or irregularities in embroidery work.
• Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular machine maintenance and upkeep.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless workflow and communication throughout the production process.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to promote a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach during the majority of the workday.

Working Conditions :

This position operates in a warehouse environment where temperatures and noise levels can vary.
