We currently have an immediate opening for an Electrical Assembler located in Ontario, California. This position is temporary with the opportunity for permanent employment.
Job Summary:
The Electrical Assembler is responsible for the assembly of the electrical components of high energy x-ray machines as per written assembly instructions. The Electrical Assembler works in an assembly team with each assembler assigned specific duties within the team. The Electrical Assembler will use skill and care to align, fit, and assemble products to specifications.
Essential Functions:
- Assembles electrical components as per instructions
- Dismantles, adjusts, and assembles equipment according to plans, manuals, or drawings
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
- Continuously looks for ways to improve work processes and individual knowledge and skills
Education and Experience:
- 6 months to 1 year experience in electrical assembly; or
- Associate’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field
- Strong wiring and mechanical abilities desired
- Wire harness and soldering experience a plus
- English communication skills preferred
Shift and Schedule:
- 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Monday through Friday
