Clerk Training Administrator

The Clerk of the Circuit Court is looking for new members to join our team as part of one of the finest organizations in Pinellas County.
Employees of the Clerk of the Circuit Court provide quality service to our public.
This position performsspecialized work involving the development, administration, implementation and subsequent evaluation of organization level training strategies with specific focus on the needs of the office of Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller for Pinellas County.
Responsibilities include policy and procedure management and training program development and management of specialized and office-wide training programs.
The Training Coordinator is responsible for creating and implementing a consistent training environment including material development and accountability tracking including online, remote and in-person instructional modes.
This assignment requires the exercise of independent judgment in assessing department / division needs and recommending a coordinated and formal implementation plan.

What Do You Need To Have?
Education and Experience :
Graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or related field and three years’ experience in a professional or an instructional capacity;
or an equivalent combination of education, training and / or experience.
