Salary: $90,000 - 120,000/year
The Civil Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing civil engineering projects using Civil 3D. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Drafting: Create detailed civil engineering designs and drawings using Civil 3D, including site grading, drainage, roadways, utilities, and other infrastructure components.
• Project Development: Assist in the development of project plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Technical Analysis: Perform technical calculations and analysis to support design decisions. Utilize Civil 3D to model and simulate project elements.
• Site Assessments: Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data and evaluate existing conditions for design projects.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, design drawings, and specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of designs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering design.
  • Proven experience using Civil 3D for design and drafting.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and other relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to produce accurate and detailed engineering drawings and plans.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
