Seeking Bilingual Immigration Legal Assistant (Spanish/English)
Roy Petty & Associates, PLLC, a leading, Dallas-Based Immigration Law Firm is hiring an experienced, detailed oriented, goal driven candidate to serve as a client liaison for a wide variety of immigration cases on a contract basis with room to advance. The firm offers competitive pay and the opportunity to grow and learn along side accomplished immigration attorneys.
Duties Include but not limited to:
· Completing and reviewing different types of immigration applications with clients
· Preparing clients for interviews at immigration offices or consulates
· Daily communication with clients and different immigration agencies
· Translation from English to Spanish and vice versa
· Various administrative tasks associated with the delivery of correspondence to/from client and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
Requirements
· Proficiency in English and Spanish
· Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
· Ability to navigate professional environment
· Exceptional communication skills
