*Responsibilities:*
* Provide direct patient care, including assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed to promote recovery and wellness.
* Educate patients and families on mental health and addiction treatment strategies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in psychiatric nursing.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
*Qualifications:*
* Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
* Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited program.
* BLS certification.
* New and experienced RNs welcome!
* Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
* Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
