Nationally acclaimed full-service Am Law 200 business law firm is seeking a senior-level Labor & Employment Associate or Partner to join their team. Billable hour goals and performance metrics are individualized based on the practice group, professional goals, experience, and more.

This position is onsite at the firm’s Orlando, Florida office. Ideal candidates must be Florida barred and must have experience in Federal Court, State Court, EEOC and other federal and state agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in employment matters including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA and state counterpart litigation
  • Must have a Florida Bar license in good standing
  • Must have excellent writing skills and knowledgeable in discovery and motion practice
  • Must have strong legal research skills
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must be able to run day-to-day cases independently with little supervision
  • Must be flexible and able to pivot
  • Must be motivated to learn and grow professionally
