JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description

- 1st Shift : 10 hrs, Monday-Thursday, 5am-3pm (some overtime may be required on Fridays)
- Full-time : 40 hours per week overtime opportunity
- Competitive pay : $17.00 - $21.00 / hour depending on experience
- Paid Weekly : Direct Deposit or Pay Card

What You'll Do as a Machine Maintenance Technician :
- You'll be a hero behind the scenes, ensuring the smooth operation of our weaving machines.
- Maintain and troubleshoot weaving machines (looms), Jacquards, and other textile equipment
- Diagnose problems, identify and replace defective parts
- Assist with repairs and ensure proper machine function
- Calibrate machines for consistent fabric quality and production efficiency
- Document your activities and repairs
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols
- You might even help train new machine operators!
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Might :
- Have experience with weaving machines, looms, Jacquards, and other textile manufacturing equipment
- Have strong mechanical skills and a logical mind
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a commitment to safety and follow regulations
- Be a team player as part of a collaborative and supportive environment
