We are a furniture wholesaler based in Chicago, USA, dedicated to providing high-quality furniture products to our customers. We are currently looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and assist with various tasks, including order processing, customer service, inventory manage and report production.
Job Description:
As a Front desk customer service associate, you will be responsible for handling a variety of orders and tasks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive relationship with team members. You should be proficient in using various inventory management systems and document editors such as spreadsheets/WPS. In daily work, in addition to processing customer orders and customer service work. We also hope to help process sales orders on the online platform, label printing, and pickup appointments with shipping companies.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming orders and process them efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and assist them with their inquiries
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Utilize inventory management systems and document editors effectively
Be able to complete assigned tasks
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
At least High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a similar role is preferred
Have experience with using Quick Books, Microsoft/Excel and Online sales Platform: Wayfair, Amazon, Walmart. Etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good at learning and find problems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using inventory management systems and document editors
