Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Training Developer to join the change management team for a multi-year, technology-enabled transformation. Responsible for creating engaging end-user training materials (including e-Learns, instructor-led training materials and other resources) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring that the content is tailored to our specific business processes and integrates seamlessly with our internal systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Develop course outlines and other related summary level documents to outline approach to address identified training needs.

* Develop and refine end-user engaging training content primarily focusing on UKG & Workforce Management (UKG functionality; timekeeping, basic scheduling and advanced scheduling).

* Effectively coordinate, communicate and work with necessary subject matter experts and leaders across teams as needed for the planning, development and review of training assets.

* Edit delivered training content to align with our specific business processes

* Incorporate relevant processes and screenshots into training materials

* Collaborate with the Organizational Change Management Team to ensure alignment of training content with broader change initiatives

* Work closely with the Human Resources and Payroll Departments to ensure adherence to policies and procedures within the implementation

* Develop and manage execution of plan for the creation and review of training assets, within broader change and program timeline

* Work with the existing training team and other cross functional teams

* Other aspects of training responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

* Solid understanding of change management principles and processes, such as change impacts, stakeholder analysis

* Knowledge of Oracle and/or UKG functionality, preferably with experience in Oracle and UKG Pro & Workforce Management

* Familiarity with the healthcare provider industry (e.g., hospitals) is desirable

* A portfolio showcasing expertise in content systematization, messaging frameworks, content mapping and modeling, conversational design, information architecture, and storytelling

* Prior experience with Oracle, UKG Pro & Workforce Management is a plus

* Experience with Articulate is a plus

* Must be able to adhere to deadlines

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

* Experience managing

* Must be a team player and work collaboratively with a cross functional team

Education/Experience:

* High School diploma required

* Bachelor Degree in Communications, Business Administration or related field preferred

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a complex organization
