Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly of Packaged Membrane Modules:
• Assemble hollow fiber bundles including a visual inspection to ensure quality.
• Cut fibers to required lengths and package them carefully.
• Pot fibers in a plastic module using an epoxy substance.
• Repeated Assembly:
• Perform assembly of multiple membrane modules weekly according to quality and productivity requirements.
• Material Handling and Inspection:
• Handle small fiber-like materials and arrange for packaging.
• Conduct visual inspections to verify consistent color indication of coating on small fiber materials.

Skill Requirements:

• Dexterity in handling small objects.
• Ability to maintain consistent quality control over repetitive tasks.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

• Lab Environment:
• Experience working in a lab environment with strong quality control requirements.
• Material Handling:
• Experience working with small materials that require dexterity, attention to detail, and cautious handling.
• Chemical Handling:
• Experienced in handling chemicals or solutions.
