POSITION SUMMARY Assist in managing construction projects like flooring replacement, lighting upgrades, painting, and furniture installation to fulfill the school's needs efficiently. Collaborate with various members of the IRFM team to ensure successful planning and project delivery aligned with departmental goals.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •Follow Project timelines/deadlines established by the Executive Director
•Create diagrams/sketches to illustrate design issues or ideas.
•Assist with RFP packages and exhibits.
•Schedule contractor/consultant on-site activities
•Schedule and lead construction-related meetings
•Communicate submittal urgencies to the supervisor for on-time QA-QC delivery.
•Create project-related schedules and budgets.
QUALIFICATIONS A bachelor's degree in facilities or a related field and 1-2 years of experience in a facilities office or in a construction-related environment are preferred.
