Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Front Door Access Control
• Announcing Visitors
• Signing for packages
• Must be polite with residents and always in proper uniform

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Valid NYS Security Guard License
• 1 year of Security Guard experience
• Experience in concierge position
