Reports To: Red Monkey Foods Vice President of Global Sourcing
Purpose: This role is a generalist and will support all parts of the Supply Chain team to enable
the successful execution of new projects, qualification of new packaging materials, collaborate
with team members to manage the day to day domestic and global inbound freight pipeline
and manage the purchasing of routine raw materials and packaging materials.

Responsibilities of Position

• New Projects: On some new projects, this role will collaborate with Supply Chain team

members to successfully execute detailed tasks to successfully identify new materials,
qualify suppliers, complete required documentation and either maintain the timeline or
provide accurate input the project timeline.

• Packaging: Lead the executional details of qualifying new packaging materials and

onboard new packaging suppliers. This requires collaboration with the
Commercialization, Operations and Quality teams to ensure the packaging materials are
fit for purpose, accurate specifications are created, implementation timelines are
successfully managed and initial contracts are established.

• Purchasing: The role will manage “to be determined” routine purchases of raw

materials and or packaging materials. This will require proficiency the RMF MRP and
Business System (ProcessPro) to accurately place orders based on inventory and future
demand, forecast prices, and establish ordering patterns.

• Supply Chain Support: Collaborate with Supply Chain Specialist to support the detailed

process of working with CH Robinson and our suppliers to import containers of raw
materials. The role will be expected to cover for the Supply Chain Specialist when on
PTO our out of the office.

• Supply Chain Analytics: The role will be responsible for running routine inventory

reports by pulling information from ProcessPro and providing visibility to the Supply
Chian to the A,B, and C category inventory levels. The role will be expected to
collaborate with the Supply Chain team to develop KPIs and systems to monthly
communicate KPIs to the team.

• Tolling or Copacking: Responsible for managing inventory levels, material available, PO

and ProcessPro reconciliation for SafeSpice (Turkey), Wright Distribution (USA) and
other 3 rd parties to successfully maintain supply and reduce costs
