The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, skilled IT professional to provide advanced technical support in SQL infrastructure and other related services. In this role, you will apply your knowledge to support and aid the SQL solutions utilized by DOM DoIT.Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Working closely with vendors to identify and resolve any issues in functionality and interoperability of applications, cloud-based infrastructure, and other related services and related existing IT systems.Managing and coordinating internal technologies that are not yet updated to a High Availability Deployment or Cloud SaaS/PaaS solutions.Investigating, developing, and executing transition plans for the remaining infrastructure.Helping develop and support an automated CI/CD environment.Ensuring established service level agreements are met or exceeded.Maintaining strong communication, and regularly reporting the status of all initiatives to IT leadership.Ensuring all applicable security, governance, and best practices are followed across all services.
