Overview:
Our client is seeking Multi-Family Site Superintendents to oversee construction projects in the vibrant market of Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in multi-family residential construction and have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and quality workmanship.
• Supervise onsite personnel, including subcontractors and laborers, to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors, to address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and minimizing overruns.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to construction site operations and safety protocols.
• Foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and professional development among onsite personnel.
• Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges and obstacles to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-family residential construction, with a strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and methods.
• Previous experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to project management.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in the Tampa, Florida area.
