Youth Development Program - BBS Registered, Bilingual Preferred
Position Summary
Lifeline Community Services is hiring a Youth Development Mental Health Therapist to support our growing team. You will be responsible for providing individual, group and family counseling utilizing evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Functional Family Therapy and other relevant modalities.
This is a Master's Level, BBS registered or BBS eligible role that will help our team provide trauma-informed and strength-based services to at risk youth and their families.
We're looking for a dynamic and passionate Mental Health Therapist, who is client centered, professional, clinically focused and who is able to work collaboratively since your day-to-day work will include communication with Case Managers, Supervisors, referring parties, parents and other treatment providers.
