Oversees the Housekeeping departments; Daytime Lodge Attendants, PM Janitorial, and Basecamp Hotel Housekeeping.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for all aspects of Housekeeping/Janitorial, mountain wide in addition to the responsibilities of the Housekeeping Sup :
- Hiring, onboarding, and training employees
- Maintaining training files
- Payroll edits and approvals
- Creating and managing scheduling
- Inventory and purchasing in accordance with the budget
- Entering purchase orders
- Participating in annual budgeting
- Vendor relationships
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current driver's license
- Must be able to pass an MVR
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Must be able to lift arms overhead.
- Position involves bending, twisting, stooping repeatedly throughout the workday.
- Must be able to ascend and descend stairs without assistance.
- Must be able to walk from building to building.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety practices
- Professional communication skills
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to work during the evenings
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to solve problems and take direction
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Possess internal drive and motivation
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and create a fun, professional work environment
