About the Position: A successful Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be hands on with a “Can Do” attitude. They will take on the role ensuring all activities concerned with each area are carried out, meeting or exceeding the objectives of the program.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing and shipping orders accurately and efficiently
• Creates labels (outbound and return)
• Facilitate Freight Shipments
• Schedules LTL and FTL shipments
• Prints BOLs and Shipping Labels
• Receive kiosk into Kiosk Stock
• Wrap and label kiosk for storage/shipping
• Process return shipments to suppliers or warranty agreement repairs
• May assist in the simple configuration of some items (computers, SIM Cards, etc.)
• Pulls Internal shipments for the Repair Center Team
• Cycle counts for Field Services Supply warehouse and reports all discrepancies to manager
• Ensures Field Service Supply and Repair Center warehouses are maintained in an efficient, clean and safe manner.

Qualifications, Education and/or Experience Required:

• At least 1 year of relative experience
• Experience with inventory and warehouse environments
• Familiarity with FedEx shipping systems.
• Ability to manage inventory
• Must have reliable transportation, valid US driver license and clean driving record
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel
• Service Now experience a plus
• Experienced with pallet jacks, banding equipment and other warehouse tools
• Forklift certification not required, but beneficial
• General hardware knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
• Successful track record of achieving and succeeding goals
• Driven, competitive personality combined with innate creativity, a strong sense of urgency and a desire to elevate his/her career to the next level
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
