Brief Summary:
Performs a variety semi-skilled construction, maintenance, modification and repair activities as assigned at residential and service facilities to meet the needs of the MTFA Program for the extended medical housing properties. May be required to do some expediting services. Work includes both inside and outside activities, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 70 pounds, working at heights and in confined spaces.

This is a semi-skilled level position and employee must be able to perform a wide variety of repairs and work to ensure that ASNA facilities and residential properties are maintained in a safe and effective working condition. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Valid Alaska Driver’s License that meets ASNA insurance criteria within ninety (90) days of hire.
