Archer Daniels Midland is Hiring a Production Clerk - Enderlin, ND Near Enderlin, ND
This is an non-exempt level position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
- Exhibit regular and prompt attendance - Monday through Friday from 7:00 am until 3:30 pm
- Assist management and plant personnel with clerical tasks including:
- Employee payroll processing
- Production reporting
- Processing material & service receipts and sending invoices to Corporate AP team.
- Ordering office supplies as needed to maintain adequate inventory.
- Maintaining personnel records, phone lists and other documents.
- Maintaining recordkeeping and compliance to the document retention policy.
- Dealing with mail, office equipment and other needs of the office environment.
- Experience with MS Office required. Experience with Maximo and IBM systems preferred
ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
