Job Description Financial Systems Support - Business Analyst - Decatur, ILThis is a full-time, exempt level position.GeneralThe Financial Systems Support team is part of the Record to Report organization.

The team provides system admin and tech support for the Record to Report organization.

Applications that are supported include Hyperion and Blackline.

The team also provides support for accounting files and processes and works on projects and quick wins to improve the accounting close process.Job Responsibilities:Provide system and file support to the Record to Report organization during the accounting close processWork with the accounting organization to gather requirements and develop solutions for continuous improvement ideasEnhance and build reports and accounting filesProvide system admin support for Financial ApplicationsWork independently with little supervisor interventionWork with internal and external auditors to provide audit request itemsRequired Skills:Ability to work on a wide variety of projects, in a quickly changing environmentEffective written and oral communication skillsGood analytical skills, strong control mindset and problem-solving abilityStrong organization and prioritization skillsAdvanced knowledge in Microsoft Office SuiteSQL or IBM DB2 experienceMicrosoft Power BI or other reporting tools experienceExperience with Hyperion or other large ERP systems is a plusEducation Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Information SystemsConcentration or minor in Information Systems, or business analysis (BA) certification highly preferredExcited about this role but don't meet every requirement listed?
