The school community is seeking qualified educator candidates for a ful] time Grade 8

Homeroom: English, Language Arts, Literature, Religion focus.

Qualifications:

• Applicant must hold a BA from an accredited University or College

• A valid Teaching Credential; Masters Degree is preferred

• Previous teaching experience in English, Literature and Language Arts preferred

Teaching Position Summary:

• A passion for teaching children in a differentiated learning environment

• Provide a positive classroom learning environment

• Enjoy working in level groups, have a strong sense of collaboration

• Responsible for lesson planning, instruction and assessment

• Ease and ability to integrate technology as teaching and learning too!

• Provide individualized instruction by promoting interactive learning

• Able to call students to a high sense of accountability; classroom management skills

should provide flexibility for meeting diverse learning styles

Sala1y Range: $56,953-$127, 256 Base Range ( Advanced Education & Certifications not included)
