55 Seventy is a private, membership-based club located in the Park Cities that seeks to reinvent the wine club experience in Dallas. We create community through our world-class wine offerings, chef-driven cuisine, and unique programming. Our members can store wine in our temperature controlled cellar and will have the opportunity to discover top-tier, small production wineries from around the world at our upscale tasting room in Preston Center.

We are seeking dedicated service professionals to be an integral part of our team and to elevate our Member s experiences. Candidates for our service team should be well versed in upscale service techniques, and be interested in expanding their wine knowledge to new heights. The ideal candidate will be passionate about wine, be competent behind the bar with a basic range of classic cocktails, enjoy the energy of a busy dining room, and have experience with high-end cuisine.

This position will be paid hourly plus tips and will have access to medical benefits and 401k plan.

The schedule for this position will involve nights and weekends! We are closed on Sundays.Job duties & responsibilities:

• Operate within a team service environment to provide exemplary service to all parties.
• Nightly wine, cocktail, and food service at our 10-seat tasting bar.
• Table service in our bar / lounge area.
• Production of cocktails for service bar.

The ideal candidate will possess the following minimum qualifications:

• Strong passion for hospitality, food, and wine.
• Three(3) years of restaurant / hospitality experience in a service-related role.
• One(1) year of experience in an upscale-casual or fine dining environment.
• One(1) year of bartending experience in an upscale-casual or fine-dining environment.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
