Arcadis Global is Hiring a Transportation Construction Management Support Services Project Manager Near Los Angeles, CA

Arcadis seeks a Transportation Construction Management Support Services Project Manager to join the team in the Los Angeles area to administer a contract, assign staff, and be responsible for compliance with all other contract requirements.

Role description:

The Project Manager is responsible for the execution of the scope of services in accordance with the requirements of this Contract between CMSS,the client and is the primary point of contact for all management, financing and contractual issues.

Role Accountabilities:

* Maintains liaison with client representatives to ensure proper and timely involvement.

* Maintains a professional and business-like relationship with client staff throughout the life of the Contract.

* Allocates resources in a timely manner.

* Manages Contract budget and prepares reports as required.

* Controls and monitors all costs.

* Understands all aspects of the Contract.

* Interacts professionally with client staff and other personnel.

* Resolves personnel and technical issues associated with this Contract.

* Assists client in the management of the project in such a manner as to maintain quality, schedule, and budget.

Required Qualifications:

* Approximately ten (10) years of senior-level project management experience in construction management of heavy civil engineering projects of similar size and complexity.

* Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management

Key Skills and Abilities:

* Possesses organizational, technical and team building skills to manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Registration as a Professional Engineer.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $158,000 - $264,000.
