• LPNs - $30-$35/hr RNs - $35-$40/hr
• Shift Differential: $1.50/hr extra on the weekends, $1.00/hr extra on night shift, and $0.75/hr for afternoon shift

Essential Duties:

• The Nurse (Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse) is responsible for providing direct nursing and personal care.
• Supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Supportive in all activities of daily living that ensures the health, welfare, and safety of all residents of the facility.
• Monitoring residents’ condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible treatment and care.
• Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician.
• Perform routine charting duties as required & in accordance with established charting & documentation policies & procedures.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN program with a pharmacology course
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN in Illinois.
